Modus Vivendi releases the first new line of its Fall/Winter 2016-17 collection. The line is called Velvet/Satin Line and, as the name suggests, it is all about luxurious underwear and loungewear. The new line includes underwear in three styles: backless briefs, briefs and boxers, all of them made from superb quality black velvet, with satin-look details. The look is high-class, emphatic, moody. In addition to the new underwear, Modus Vivendi has created loungewear for men in the same style and materials, black velvet with satin-look cuffs and detailing. There are two types of long pants in the Velvet-Satin Line this autumn, and three styles of robes. The look is rich, masculine, dominant. Each piece is supremely comfortable.
The conceptual campaign for the Velvet/Satin line was photographed by Panos Misailidis, with Greek models Efthimis Chatziapostolou and Giorgos Chatzisavvas demonstrating the new line, resting darkly on the steel structures designed for the shoot.

Modus Vivendi completes its Autumn/Winter 2016 collection with a new line of underwear, singlets and accessories made from Italian velvet. This new line is called Virtus and it combines the soft, soothing touch of velvet with relaxed, sexy styles. The name Virtus derives from the Latin word ‘vir’, which means ‘man’ and has the connotations of courage, manliness and excellence. These new garments are unfussy, masculine and practical and should appeal to men who are uncomplicated, young at heart and fun. On a cold winter’s night they are perfect for relaxing at home and with just a touch of spice to the look they should keep you extra warm!

The photographer we called on to shoot the campaign for the Virtus Line is Kevin Slack, someone who understands not only the steamy sensuality of hot men, but who can convey feeling and character brilliantly. His photographs seem to have a special ability to draw you in – or is that the models he uses… Leaving momentarily his favourite destination, Cuba, Slack worked on the shoot in Toronto, Canada and found the perfect partner for the campaign in model Cianan. We think his amazing, athletic build and his bright, honest face suit the playful, sexy character of this line well and are very pleased with the outcome: a stunning campaign, creative, welcoming and sexy, just like the new Virtus Line by Modus Vivendi

After the release of a number of limited edition, Flash lines, Modus Vivendi launches the first of the New Trends lines for fall/winter 2015-16, the Weekly Line. The new Weekly Line comprises seven briefs and seven boxers, in seven colours. The underwear is made of the best quality cotton (95%) with a touch of elastane (5%) for a perfect fit. The Weekly Line is designed to stay comfortable in any situation and all day long, no matter how busy your life is or how intense your activity: sporty cuts, soft fabric, double ply contour pouch, elasticated waistbands and eco-friendly, natural dyes.
The campaign for the Weekly Line was shot in Madrid, Spain. Visionary photographer Joan Crisol shot outdoors, in sharp, defining sunlight, playing with mirrors to create reflections of this hyper busy city, his backdrop for the images. The model presenting this campaign needs no introduction: internationally-renowned model Konstantin Kamynin is looking great as always and was able to pull the shoot through to tremendous effect, remaining cool, calm and professional, in the busiest of locations… wearing just his Modus Vivendi underwear!

After the success of the first part of the campaign which featured model Alexandros Kaltsidis posing as a window cleaner the second part features him as the man in the clouds, posing in the new colours of the line which have just beed added.
The Modus Vivendi Flash Line now has more new colour combinations, comprising 18 items in total, 6 for each underwear style (super low cut briefs, classic cut briefs and brazil cut boxers).

Just in time for Christmas, Modus Vivendi presents the fifth part of its latest campaign for 2015 in which each line from its new collection is individually presented by a selected photographer renowned for his outstanding talent and unique style.
So far we have visited four destinations (England, USA Greece and Spain) and this time we take you to France, a country synonymous with fashion and good taste and incidentally one of the brand’s strongest markets. Not to be missed! Here we take a trip to southerly Aix-en-Provence, close to the Mediterranean and home to photographer Lionel André.
This outstanding artist worked with models James Laurens and Kylani’ As Model, who strongly portray masculine ideals in their presentation of this new line of underwear and athletic loungewear, the Masai line. Dramatic and powerful, André’s shots bring us a blast of heat in the midst of winter. Brilliant colours and one of the most iconic of photographic themes, the sea, take a leading role.
With designs inspired by the Masai warriors of Kenya, the new apparel comes in true reds and black and includes favourite items such as the two styles of briefs and boxers, the langot and saruel pants, all in new colours and fabrics. The line offers also a robe, a brand new t-shirt design and lounge pants, all made of the highest quality materials and offering tremendous comfort.

Modus Vivendi proudly presents the fourth part of its latest campaign in which its new 2015 collection is presented by ten of the most individual, visionary photographers active in the world today. After our first three stops in England, the USA and Greece, the home of Modus Vivendi, we take you to Spain and its red-blooded capital, Madrid, the home of Spanish photographer Joan Crisol. Crisol presents us with superb images of serenity, inner strength and harmony which, we feel, perfectly capture the spirit of the new Buddha line. In fact, Christos Bibitsos, founder of Modus Vivendi, drew his inspiration for the new line from the martial arts practices of Shaolin monks, using oriental oranges and yellows to complement blacks in this wide new range of men’s underwear and loungewear.
There’s the super comfortable Buddha robe, lounge pants and converter boxers, along with some of the best-loved, highly individual Modus Vivendi designs, such as the langot, the sumo brief and sarouel pants, in new colours, patterns and fabrics. Joan Crisol chose model Davide Zongoli for the shoot. An artist, dancer and acrobat, Zongoli’s heroic physique, focus, incredible strength and flexibility helped Crisol to create the brilliant, mesmerising images that illustrate the Buddha line. Enjoy!

Modus Vivendi proudly presents the third part of its spectacular 2015 campaign in which its latest collection is presented by 10 of the most individual, visionary photographers working around the globe today.
After visiting Leicester for Gavin Harrison’s shoot of the new Pride line and crossing the Atlantic all the way to sunny California, where Tom Cullis gave us some unforgettable images of the Military line, our next stop in Modus Vivendi’s 2015 style campaign is Thessaloniki, Greece, the home of the brand itself.
Using his imagination as his only weapon and the Wolf Line as his inspiration, Greek photographer Nick Gogas was unleashed to present this new line in his own inimitable way. The results, we think, are amazing.
The Wolf line is masculine, contemporary and with a certain sense of fun. And this is precisely the spirit which our Greek photographer captures in his work, presenting the line in a straightforward yet visually striking fashion.
The charismatic model chosen by Nick Gogas is Christos Artemiou. Dark and moody, Christos oozes quiet energy and confident style.
Winter is coming. The Wolf line is here. Stylish, in subtle tones of dark blue and grey. Warm to wear, in fabrics of the highest Italian quality. And unmistakably Modus Vivendi (with all the detailing the brand is famous for), the Wolf line delivers on promise: strong, imposing, fascinating.
